Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancel at period end does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days unless required by law.

2. Refund eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of the initial charge for a one-time refund review. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for unused portions of annual plans.

3. Credits

Monthly credits are included with your plan and generally do not convert to cash refunds. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

5. Marketplace orders

Inventory and guest post orders follow separate refund rules shown at order checkout.
