1. Service

ApexRank provides an SEO Prospect Intelligence Platform including prospect discovery, contact reveals, exports, SEO audits, and marketplace features. Access is provided on a subscription plus credit basis unless otherwise stated.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or yearly cycle until canceled. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Taxes may apply. You authorize our payment partner to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

3. Credits & fair usage

Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed by platform actions such as discovery batches, email reveals, and exports. Credits are not a license for unlimited scraping, bulk harvesting of personal data, or circumvention of rate limits. We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse fair usage.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable laws (including anti-spam and data protection). You may not use ApexRank to harass, spam, or process data without a lawful basis.

5. Marketplace orders

Guest post and inventory orders are separate transactions governed by order-specific terms shown at checkout.

6. Limitation of liability

ApexRank is provided as-is. We do not guarantee SEO outcomes, contact accuracy, or third-party site availability. Liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with notice on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
